PERSONAL STATEMENT
During my period at the University of Siena, at the Pharmacology laboratory, I conducted studies on the effect of fenofibrate (PPARα agonist) on the attenuation of the autistic-like phenotype in male rats (exposed in utero to valproic acid).
During my period at the University of Parma, at the Behavioral Biology laboratory, I analyzed the effects of NPY-1R deletion on the behavior and reproduction of conditional knockout mice.
